Call For Entries:

The Survivors Art Foundation seeks submissions for publication in our first book, The Survivor Arts.

Eligibility: All mediums are eligible but must be submitted by artists with a trauma or disability background. Submitting artists must be SAF participants.

Deadline is August 1, 2004

Please send slides or photographs only; no originals. Slides and photographs will not be returned. The submission fee is $25. Check or money order accepted to “Survivors Art Foundation.” Please include a resume and an artist statement, and the submission fee.

The 8th Annual Roquevaire International Singular Art Festival
Deadline: March 1, 2004

After working with renowned French artist Danielle Jacqui this summer, Candyce Brokaw and selected artists from SAF have been invited to participate in the singular art festival this October in France. This will be an unbelievable opportunity for self-taught artists only who create what we in America consider “outsider art.”

There is no fee to submit, but submissions will not be returned.
